By purchasing a subscription to any of our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- —partial billing periods
- —unused time
- —unused features
- —changes in user needs or preferences
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Upon cancellation:
- —your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- —you will continue to have access to paid features until that period expires
- —your account will then revert to the applicable free plan (if available)
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only where required by applicable law.
5. Merchant of Record
Payments may be processed by third-party providers acting as Merchant of Record.
In such cases, refunds (if applicable under law) may be handled in accordance with the policies of those providers.
